MARKETING AND CLIENT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR - E-COMMERCE

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Making brand activity and campaign monthly and quarterly
  • Discussing the brand campaign with brand team deeper
  • Planning the marketing campaign for e-commerce that already adjusted by Marketplace calendar quarterly
  • Delivering all campaign brief that will be implemented on the next month to all marketplace team
  • Execute and activate all brand campaigns and activities in each e-commerce platform
  • As contact person to connecting brand client and e-commerce platform
  • Monitoring client support admin to make sure that all campaigns and brief already activated and executed
  • Together with brand team checking the availability of product’s stock.
  • Brief Customer Service Agent from Brand to create engagement, increasing sales, convert chats to sales report

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree of any major with minimum GPA: 3.00/4.00
  • Min 2 years experienced in Digital Marketplace / E-commerce
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative)
  • Has the ability to operate the Sys Ad internal system
  • Fluent in English both on written and spoken
  • Good at Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel
  • Experienced in campaign management
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and team player
