BRAND ACTIVATION SUPERVISOR

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • In charge of creating plans, strategies, and carrying out brand activations in line with marketing team requirements in order to achieve sales targets
  • Increase brand performance through offline, online, and hybrid activations in terms of awareness, image, trial, sales, and engagement
  • Assist in designing event exhibition booths
  • Handle CSR (donations) and sponsorship programs
  • Regularly monitor the inventory of promotional materials to make sure they are being used successfully and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Visual Communication Design (with a GPA of at least 3.00)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Brand Activation / Marketing Communication / Promotion in FMCG sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to drive a car is a plus
  • Hardworking, able to meet tight deadlines, and highly detail-oriented
