KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - HEALTH & BEAUTY
Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, partners, and peers to achieve business objectives
- Maintain stock fulfilment and maintain Purchase Order in systems
- Develop M+3 Forecast each month for each SKU products
- Lead promotion and activation across nationwide
- Lead efforts in acquiring new stores and existing stores development
- Oversee the Joint Business Plan process, establishing a sustainable game plans with designated customers
- Execute trade spending within the established budget
- Organize executive meetings with Key Accounts (Quarterly Business Review)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of any major from reputable university
- At least have 2-3 years experience in Key accounts Modern Trade (Health & Beauty)
- Strong analytical skills are a must
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative
- Great communication and people skills for engaging with both internal teams and external partners. Ability to multiple tasks and being a good team player
- Skill full in identifying business needs, opportunities, and risks
- Capable of developing and implementing effective strategies and plans
- Experience managing consumer and trade promotions, from planning to execution and evaluation
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on follow-through
- Leadership skills and experience in managing people is a plus
