Job Responsibility:

• Install and maintain software, hardware and network systems
• Troubleshoot and support IT equipment (PCs, printers, etc.)
• Manage applications, email, and IT infrastructure
• Provide end-user training and ensure SOP compliance
• Offer ongoing IT support across all business units within the Tempo Scan Group

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• 1 year experience in IT Technical Support
• Skilled in LAN/WAN networking, Windows OS installation and standard software installation
• Expert in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer focus
