Job Responsibility:

• Ensure the vendor procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently to support timely product distribution
• Manage all aspects of vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal terms and company standards while minimizing risk
• Improve vendor performance and service quality through regular evaluations and negotiations to achieve better terms and conditions
• Build strong and productive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth distribution and address any issues that may arise
• Support the logistics and distribution team in achieving company growth targets through effective vendor and contract management

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is essential
• Additional qualifications in contract management or supply chain are highly valued
• Maximum 3 years of experience in vendor management, contracts, or supply chain is required
• Fresh Graduates are welcome: Willingness to learn and adapt; internships or relevant coursework will be considered
• Experience in the distribution industry and contract negotiation is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in contract management applications and effective document management
• Able to work independently as well as working in a team and willing to work under pressure
• Able to join immediately
