Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2012. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1951. She is a Master of Applied Science in Food Technology graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1988 and a pharmacist graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia in 1977. Prior to joining the Company, she served the Ministry of Health for 24 years and the National Agency of Drug and Food Control of the Republic of Indonesia (NADFC RI) for 10 years until her retirement in December 2011. Her last position was the Head of NADFC RI. Currently, she serves as a Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company upon reappointment pursuant to the resolutions of the AGMS held on 31 May 2022. She has no affiliation with any members 0f the Board of Directors and Commissioners or the majority shareholder.
